Computers are wonderful, useful tools. They make my life, as a person with a disability, much easier. And yet, I kind of wish that I could wave a magic wand and 1) be already tailored to my specifications/needs right out of the box and 2) transfer files faster!
Bloody hell - my new computer is only at 15%!!!

Wouldn't it be great if there was a service where you could make someone else set it all up perfectly and ideally within an hour or two? For me it's not just a matter of sorting the files out, but also checking the new computer still works with the mouse and keyboard I like. It's got to be right!
