Cinderella Fridays

I answered many, many emails today, did online banking and paid bills, designed cards and picked them up from the Printing House, bought a tuna sub for dinner.

It's evening now. I have to write up the payroll and send it to my bookkeeper, answer more emails, design more cards, and keep up to date with my finances for my art business.

The funny thing is, I know that to some this may sound dreadful and boring.  It is Friday night, after all!  And yet, I know if my fairy godmother knocked on my door, bringing a horse-drawn carriage and a handsome, charming prince, my immediate response would be, "Just a minute, just a minute! I need to finish this one thing first ...."

I am my own evil stepmother and stepsisters.
